STARS OF THE FIELD (A BRAND NEW INITIATIVE BY CALIK DENIM ACADEMY)

Çalık Denim Academy was proudly launched on August 2018, with a passion to equip our employees for the future through our organization culture focused on inovvation and constant growth.
Our goal is to offer opportunity to our employees in order to bring out their true potentials, nurturing our company’s performance and corporate culture as well.
Çalık Denim Academy has been excitedly launched on September 2019 with our Stars of the Field program with the participation of 242 technical intermediate managers in 12 groups.
Supporting our goal of “4 times growth on 4 continets”, Çalık Denim Academy will continue its initiatives under a development porgram that suits the needs of our employees and corporate strategies through the most contemporary educational methods and it is rapidly advancing towards becoming a corporate university, thus a powerful change agent.
